 You will gain a strong broad understanding of yoga. 
After completing this beginner foundations course, you’ll be able to confidently walk into any yoga studio or start a  home practice that will improve multiple areas of your life.  This wholistic approach to yoga focuses on the poses and physical exercise as well as other elements of the yoga lifestyle including mindfulness, meditation,  self-regulation, and personal development.

We will teach and review over 50 yoga poses (3-5 poses each day) throughout this course!

All You Need is...

All you’ll need is a journal (or notebook) & a yoga mat.  (see 7/29/20 blog post for my yoga mat review if you need to purchase a mat  https://www.orangebeachyoga.com/blog  )

Each of the 14 Lessons contain:
  • A short reading section
  • Self-reflection journaling
  • Yoga video practice
  • An “off the mat challenge”​

Go at Your Own Pace

One lesson per day is recommended for the best absorption of content. But this online program is self-paced so it allows for you to move as quickly or slowly as you’d like.

 Most of the lessons should take anywhere from 30-60 min/day to complete.
